Past due balances shall be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month, not to exceed the maximum amount permitted by applicable law. MRP reserves the right to modify or revoke any credit previously extended.

Unless otherwise agreed on the Quote or in writing by MRP, prepayment in full is required, by bank transfer, cash, credit card, or certified check, and where partial prepayment is permitted, it shall be nonrefundable with balance due net 30 days from the date of invoice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, freight, duties, or other charges, which Buyer must pay unless waived in writing by MRP or a valid tax exemption certificate is provided. Unless otherwise stated on the Quote, written quotations automatically expire 10 days from the date issued. All quoted and published prices may be changed at any time without notice. A quoted or published price is an offer for sale or completed sale only when Buyer signs a MRP sales agreement and it is accepted by MRP at its headquarters. Such cancelled orders shall be refunded except for a Special Order (defined in Section 8(b)) which cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Availability of products may be determined when an order is placed, and if unavailable, MRP shall inform Buyer, offer the sale of a Special Order Product, offer another available product as substitution, or cancel the order. MRP reserves the right to change the products offered for sale at any time and without notice. MRP shall not be liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of Products. Products offered for sale are subject to availability. Fulfillment of Buyer’s order shall not constitute acceptance of any of Buyer’s terms and conditions and does not serve to modify or amend the terms and conditions contained herein. MRP shall not be bound by, and specifically objects to, any terms, conditions, or other provisions, both written and oral, which are different from, in addition to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, which is set forth in any purchase order, receipt, acceptance, confirmation, correspondence, or otherwise of, or by, Buyer. She wanted her to feel comfortable with the process. Once she chose one, Megg sterilized it and put it in for her. She took the time to show us every type of stud design so my daughter could choose one she felt comfortable with. Megg showed us the upmost courtesy and care. We went in to Blue Iris to simply buy another type of stud. My daughte is required to take her nose piercing out for high school sports, and because of the type of stud she had, it was almost impossible to do so on her own. Tonight both of my kids and I had the good fortune to walk into Blue Iris Tattoo iin Merrimack, NH. When you go to a place of business and are shown compassion, grace, talent, and true professionalism, you make a point of going back.
